Rowing Workouts

No 2 ways about it...It's a great workout!

Dip into the Sharc tank, err account...

I messed up the interval setting again
 
I use the rerow function so I don't have to reprogram each time

Select Workout (B button)
Rerow (C)
Use down arrow (C) to select the previous workout you wish to row
Rerow (E)

And you're ready to go!

Also, I've lowered my damper to 4
Still get a great workout and it's more comfortable for me
 
If I lower the damper too much it seems like my catch is farther in the stroke and I end up misssing the legs and using my arms more
 
What? No graphics? It's still stock? How can you even row? :eek:

There is a Dark Horse video where you row with the damper at zero and a 20 stroke rate. I'll search for it.
It's totally different. Takes practice and patience. I think it's to help with form so you don't hurt your back, etc.

1 thing more, the 10-min row (with 2-min rest ) was picked to emulate the length of a local moto.
When (if) I get stronger, I intend to go to change it to 12, 15, 20, maybe 30mins but still 1hr total.
Something to work toward!
