Because i wasn’t spending almost $2200 more for it. I can buy a bigger tank, a 18” wheel and a flywheel weight and be under 1k… Let’s be honest, i tan a full motocross bike in gncc all year and was okay, slight modifications will make this bike a beast in the woods.

well the 300 is as sick as everyone has made it out to be. Bike is effortless to ride, the power is amazing and the lugability is perfect. I rode a lot of the track in 3rd at 62, just to see how much it would lug. Could see this going toe to toe with a 450

I’ve never liked what the hell I was watching so much as I just did watching that first segment with Hayes.

This pipe and silencer combo made for more low end grunt with the 300 conversion. Same linear power delivery, just feels like it pulls stronger. Seems to sign off at the same time but unlike the stock pipe, gets quieter when that happens. I ran a turn track with some super tight 180 turns and long dogleg straights last summer entirely in 3rd gear. With the carb set up properly, it's an amazing engine.
