I learned about quality control when I bought a new Kawasaki Jet Ski back then and it came with a bad base gasket among other issues. Apparently I just happened to get a really good 1990 KX. I rode it for years and it was a great bike for me. I've been partial to intermediate big bore 2 strokes since my ATK 406 days and I have more bikes in that displacement size than others. This KX looks very interesting. If this is real and it runs well after all the hype, they are onto something with this one

I had an almost 3 decade grudge after my 92 KX 80. But my last 2 green bikes have changed my mind. This new 2 stroke definitely has my attention. I might have some bikes for sale at the end of the summer.

Yeah Meister it is ridiculous that it took a year and half to release the official news after the teaser commercial.

The washed up vet waiting list will be deep on this one. I'm interested but not willing to jump through hoops to get one either.

My neighbor went to ASK on Tuesday right when they opened and put a deposit on their first one. Can’t wait to rip it. One of my favorite bikes i ever rode was Gavin gracyks 2005 kx250 he raced in Canadian mx nationals.

Honestly I think the bike will have hype coming out but don’t think it’ll have hype for long. I could be wrong but with all the issues Kawi has had with bikes what makes us think this will be any different. I think if Mitch had some input on development it might be good. I would have just made a 250 though. Those 300 and up 2 strokes you can’t ride in the 250 classes which honestly defeat’s the purpose for me.
