It is still available for sale if interested, the price as was reduced to $4200. The truck is with me in Great Falls, MT, in case it gets sold I will take care of shipping. Let me know if you are interested, email back.

ya i saw that.. i still owe a bit on my f150. next will be a diesel though. not sure if i like the f250. might have to go chevy.

I ran across the same scams on craigslist a while back. Lots of them. I like to buy and sell cars if I can make money. Anyway they pick up the vin and pictures from another ad somewhere and post it so it looks real. Then they will only ship the car to you after you pay. Only the car never shows up. If it is too good to be true then it usually is !

Just bought a 08 GMC crew cab duramax. Diesel gas mileage isnt all it is cracked up to be. I figure that people are either lying or dont know how to divide miles by gallons correctly. I only get 2 MPG better hauling my trailer with it than my 06 5.3 silverado gas truck got. Not to mention Diesel went up 30 cents a gallon the week after I bought it. Other than that I love the truck though !!

gotta get a tuner!

ive seen my own bike posted for sale before in like arizona... i thought that was pretty funny.

the best i ever saw out of my 7.3 was 18...and that was rare. average was 15-16. not horrible considering the truck weighed in at nearly 8000 lbs. i had an intake, exhaust, custom tune, etc. spent too much $. the best part about the diesel was it's towing though. could tow anything you threw at it and it drove the same as it did when it was empty. and unlike a gasser, the gas mileage does not suffer nearly as much.

when i would tow with my old f150 with the 5.4 i had seen as low as 6mpg average over a tank of gas. crazy.

diesel truck would maybe go down 1-2mpg at most if i wasn't towing more than 3 ton.

The room in the cab and towing are why I bought it. But today diesel just hit 3.75 a gallon. OUCH !

Not to mention it looks bad a$$

We have an 02 dodge ram 1500 and pulling our trailer it gets a whopping 8 miles to the gallon keeping it right around 50-55mph. We use Allan company truck which is a dodge 2500 diesal and that thing gets 22 miles to the gallon with our trailer on the back and we can run 65-70 and never know the thing is back there. Our trailer weighs around 7000 pounds.

What do you guys think is the best affordable set up for hauling to the track?

Van is where it's at. Trailer is nice but wish I still had a van. If I didn't already own a car and a truck I would get one but I can't justify owning 3 vehicles for myself lol. At that point I wouldn't need my truck and I like it too much to sell it.
