Apple Cabin 4-21-11

If it clears up like there calling for.Yes,all 3 tracks were well packed before the rain started and are holding up well.

I just got off the phone with Frank. He asked that I post for him as he is hanging banners. Had to do some fallen tree work. Bottom line, he is gonna be open today. Says tracks are drying out nicely, but there may be a few muddy spots. He said all is gonna be fine. Made a comment about low areas in parking sections. We should all stay out of them if possible and try to park on high ground. It may not be possible in all instances, but pick your spot on as high of ground as possible. That would save on getting towed out plus tearing up those areas.

See you all there!

Guess I better go dig out and untwist the pig.....144 still apart waiting for suspension revalve.....

Zman you riding? Tell Mitchy I turned the 110 black and I'm railing him!

I was one of the smart guys that got stuck last week :D

Luckily Frank was nice enough to pull me out with his tractor.. big thanks!

Will be aiming for higher ground tonight.

I'm out. I just packed Mitchy's one bike in the minivan. I did not think today would be a go! Figured too much rain. In any case, I'll just keep the big van loaded and ready to go so from here forward I don't make the same mistake!

Mitchy is ready! Word is, Rocket Jr. is making an appearance on his RM60. I'm gonna sick both boys on ya! You will be kicking the engine cases on the 110 tonight to squeeze every ounce of hp. from it!

Have fun guys...I'll be building bikes tonight.

Great night. Mitchy brought his A game for Uncle Pit. What a blast to watch! Pit showed on a new blacked out look on his DRZ110 to try and throw Mitchy off! A pit pass, a Zboy pass back, and Uncle Pit going for a rail on the outside ending in a almost high side. There 3 lap battle was fantastic to watch. Both were exhausted at the end! Mitchy's nose had snot running down from each nostril, 2 new blisters, and and really dusty face. I asked Mitchy the best part of the night on the drive home and he said the "battle" with Uncle Pit! Said he was really happy I took him. He really loves that track!

Pitracer,

I hear that a pipe can really wake up those under powered pigs.......... Now you'll be dumping money into the 110 to keep up with the boys! Better get an RM 85 soon...... Zman is going for a YZ85 as soon as he sells the old 490!

I need two 110s now....I suped up one for Mitchy battles, and the nice quiet stock one for my back yard. I had that bike dead pinned for the entire track battling that Cobra....200+lb old man on stock 110 battling a fast kid on a cobra = severe motor beating....

Hahahaha! ^^^^^^^ I always have a ball riding my pit bikes at Franks' spot. I've raced and ridden on a ton of mini tracks, and the Cabin track is about the most fun of them all. I'm glad it's there-- because with $4 gas, it may be the only fun I'll be able to afford to get to this summer. John needs to get a 4th gear shift drum in his 110-- that would help. (I think 13 lbs adds a horsepower... haha!) A pipe makes a 110 too loud to ride in the backyard w/o annoying the neighbors. --Tony C.
