Are you thinking about riding the 96 at midohio ?
My son Joey rode B in 96. He had a 96 CR125 and CR250 and just last night he said that he would like to find a 96 CR125 to keep because it was one of his all time favorite bikes.

I think everyone on here that has a vintage/post vintage bike should plan to ride at midohio this year because this is going to be one of those years that we will have perfect weather and those that don't have a bike start looking for one. It's one of the cheapest , safest and most fun things you can do on two wheels.

Can't wait, one of the most fun events of the year! Last year was our first year camping for the weekend and we had a blast!

Guess I will try and get one of my '90's bikes in shape for this year!

Sadly Tom, I think there are still people out there that boycot the event because of the events of ahrma/ama a couple years ago. I say ride all the events and support all the organizations providing us riding and racing and have a good time!

Question is...... Will Z man and I have another painful awful 2nd year Rookie Trials battle of death this year to amuse ourselves???? That was super fun and we laughed so much throughout the day while dabbing way too many times to be in contention for any sort of award..... that it was amusing. Trials riders we are not..... goofballs we definately are!

Before we answer this, are you in for a CC battle through the woods. You can ride my 2010 championship, Race Tech, suspended, IT200? Runs like a champ!

I will tear off the Jemco pipe on the YZ125, put th stocker on, and cover my own bike, the IT200 you will be on,with mud!

Then we can slow it down for a trials event, of course we have to call Matt again and see if we can borrow for a day.

You guys must have had fun in the Mid-O woods last year.

15 years old must be the new bomber class cut-off. That's cool, I have a '96 Husky and a '93 ATK.

Not sure yet.

note,'race entries and VMD general admission tickets are sold separately",each class is $40,this is off the AMA site,I know they lowered the price for weekend passes but did not know that you did not get one with your race entry or am I reading that wrong?
smitty

I'll take you up on the IT200 vs YZ125 battle through the woods! I've got to come back from my double loss last year with something! And see if we are going to draft Randy into showing us how it's really done on the Trials course, cuz you have to run the same dry rotted tires as me this year........... no Michelins for you!

AHRMA/AMA has nothing to do with it, I just think the motocross track sucks ! 40 bucks per a class to ride in what basically amounts to a field.

With that said CC events looks fun !

Hey now I'm a two-time National Champion on that field!

I hear ya though, but I actually have a surprising amount of fun racing there........
