MX of Nations

Did anyone watch the MX of Nations? I really thought we were gonna win but with the bad starts in the final race Barcia & Webb had their work cut out for them. I thought Webb rode well but thought that he ran out of steam. It would have been nice if he could have pulled one or two more positions but it looked like he had nothing left in the tank. Barcia rode his balls off!!!!

We're number 2, we're number 2...
not bad for the "B" squad. Dungey, Tomac, Stewie would sweep.

That track looked freaking awesome. The French crowd was into it.
That's a cool event but I think it would be better if were every 2 or 3 years. Makes for more build up
Oh, and make one rider from each team ride a 125.

I really don't know much about the event. How are the riders chosen? Ya, the 125 idea would be sweet.

You mean a full out 125 class ? or 1 rider from each team ride a 125 in the main classes? cause if they do that they will get smoked.

How about the action? Best racing I've seen out of both series.

A lot of boring races this year, mxdn not one.
Ya, the racing was great!!! That track looked really ruff and incredibly hilly. Ya, that was the most exciting racing that, I've seen in awhile.

Please! Dungey blew last year and Stewie wouldn't care unless he was getting paid. At least Barcia and Webb were leaving it all out on the track. Not sure what happened with Martin, maybe it's a Minnesota thing.

Martin rode fine. I think that's what you expect from your 250 rider against 450s. The problem for the US was that Marvin rode his a$$ off for France in that class. That was the difference IMO. Either way, the track was great and fans were really into it. Great event.

It SHOULD be the best three riders from the country. Not the best three that you could find that was not hurt, suspended, recovering or retired half way through the year because he broke his a*****e.
This is why I say it should be every other year or even less often. Then the race would have more prestige. The fact that you are representing your country should be enough but as I have been told so many other times "things have changed, its not the 80's" Your right. In the 80's we sent the BEST riders in the country every year and we won... EVERY YEAR..
I know, you cant help injuries but it is a giant kick in the nuts to get beat by France.
Oh, and yes the Dung had a bad race last year, but he is the current national champ and has 3 Chamberlain trophies and that is three more then the entire team has this year.

Yes I mean one rider on a 125, one on a 250f and one on a 450f. I bet it some guys could hang with the big bikes... maybe not on that track with all the elevation but I would like to see it.

Anyone see how the "mini" team did or who was even on it?
Guess I will go go ugl that.

How about a Supercross des nations? Top 10 countries in the outdoor version each send their best two... double main format..

Sxdn? The only people that race sx are Americans. Those few other events held in Europe and Australia are....don't even compare.
