It SHOULD be the best three riders from the country. Not the best three that you could find that was not hurt, suspended, recovering or retired half way through the year because he broke his a*****e.
This is why I say it should be every other year or even less often. Then the race would have more prestige. The fact that you are representing your country should be enough but as I have been told so many other times "things have changed, its not the 80's" Your right. In the 80's we sent the BEST riders in the country every year and we won... EVERY YEAR..
I know, you cant help injuries but it is a giant kick in the nuts to get beat by France.
Oh, and yes the Dung had a bad race last year, but he is the current national champ and has 3 Chamberlain trophies and that is three more then the entire team has this year.
Yes I mean one rider on a 125, one on a 250f and one on a 450f. I bet it some guys could hang with the big bikes... maybe not on that track with all the elevation but I would like to see it.
Anyone see how the "mini" team did or who was even on it?
Guess I will go go ugl that.
How about a Supercross des nations? Top 10 countries in the outdoor version each send their best two... double main format..
