If you have a kayak and the gage at Painesville is above 2.5 feet

put in at Rt 528 and paddle down to Mason's Landing. Thursday we
lost count at 2 adult pairs and 6 adolescents. Watching the adults
fly right over your head is cool

Last Friday around 3pm I was driving from Cadiz to Urichsville on 250 just past Tappen lake. One huge animal caught my eye moving up ahead just off the side of the road. The closer I got all of the cars started hitting their brakes. The sight of a massive bald eagle on a dead deer just a few yards off the road was a the culprit! What a beautiful bird to see in the wild here in Ohio! It was definitely something I am not used to seeing around here!

Had one fly right in front of my vehicle as I crossed Meander Reservoir the other day. It really is incredible to see them in the wild again. When I was a kid, there was no way you would see one in the wild.
