Kawasaki Grips

Pro Taper Grip Glue is the best. Don't mess around, just put the grip into position and it stays. Been using for two years, no issues.

I've used safety wire and had mixed results depending on how tight I could get it. Never used the tool, just a pair of pliers. Thinking the advantage there would be getting them off. Undecided. It will be either Pro Taper grip glue or safety wire. Thanks!

i only use spray paint. i dont use wire because it doesnt matter how short i make the 'tail' or how hard i press it down, my gloves always catch one way or another. ends up gouging my hands. i even have the tool.

as far as grips go. im picky. found that thicker grips (like pro grip or pro taper pillow top) give me worse arm pump. best grips ive found are spider grips.. sticky and easy on the hands and last as long as any other grip ive used..

Yeah, I always pressed it far into the grip. Never had an issue that I can remember, but know what you are saying...

Noted. I seemed to have liked thicker grips since my left hand that has poorer grip strength due to thumb injury and it always seemed I squeezed harder on smaller diameter grips. The Pro Taper pillow tops grips I picked up sometime long ago are actually a "thin design" so we'll see.

Thanks for the responses though. Although a seemingly simple deal, it can make a huge difference in the arm pump department. Heck, I may put these on, hate them Friday practice, and put the worn down Renthal grips back on Friday night! ;)
