JS7's appeal has been denied

He can't race anything. The literature from wada says so.

He can't ride a tricycle in any official or unofficial organized racing event until his suspension is up.

If it's not sanctioned by an FIM federation (the AMA is one) then he can race it if the
sanctioning body wants to let him race.

I don't know of any that he'd want to race, maybe OMA, but he could.
