We were unable to go. My son missed 3 days of school due to being sick so I decided not to take him and risk being kicked out of the house by the ball and chain. The rest of the group did go and from what I was told the track was a lot of fun and the prep was pretty good for a first time race, and the staff was very friendly Good to see a new track on the schedule. We will hit it up later in the year.
I hear the turnout was 291 which is really good for a first event. Looks like the Kentuckiana series is for sure heading in the right direction.
