so if we are staying somewhere like a hotel or a friends house i dont need to pay to pit right i go here-------> Race Day Parking/Pitting: A Day Lot for non-camping Racers and Guests will be located behind the NASCAR Garage. There is no fee to park in this lot. No overnight parking in the Day Lot. The Day Lot must be cleared 2 hours after racing daily. .. first time going so just want to make sure

There is a day lot. It's not close. So hopefully you have a pitbike or golf cart. It's outside the garage area and does get full.

If you need a place to stay I am still trying to rent a condo on the beach. There is a thread for it.
