W.T.M. - Weekly updates

Last weekend, I wanted to do Red Bud.
Unfortunately, none of my friends wanted to do the drive,
so I went to Rt62 Sun and Mon. Sun was perfect and Mon was a zoo.

CTMX practice only tomorrow afternoon, and
BC probably both Sat and Sun

I’ll be here Sunday. New local track. Guy is just starting out but he’s always super nice and takes feedback. Plus it’s St Jude’s. Why not help where we can

Dislocated my shoulder ~again~ at Beans on Monday.

This is the second time since my surgery. Blew it out pretty back at Unadilla in 2021. Doctor said “won’t ever come out again”

Welp.

Probably dusted for the season. Going to give it another week and go from there.

So bummed man - I finally got something of a groove back.

Rode the MERP at Driven. I'm not a woods rider often but I did enjoy the course and I have a lot of respect for woods racers after participating now in a few events with trees in the course.

Those guys put on a slick program at MERP. I will be back for more in the future!

Tied to save my elbow by not riding BC Saturday, so my arm wouldn't be killing for the merp. No such luck. It was all I could do to hold my throttle arm up. No idea what I did to it. Just getting old i suppose. I had fun just crappy finish, that's partially to blame on my horrible starts also lol

Ride Smith rd last night. Im a negative critic of Smith rd prep but tend to go relatively often when possible. I've been the 4 times this year now, so not too much this year. I continue to go because even though the prep usually sucks I always leave feeling good about my riding and had fun.

Last night everything changed. The prep was remenicent of George prep. It was FANTASTIC. I have not had that much fun riding in years. Deep ruts everywhere and moisture on the entire track. I told the owner 2x how much fun it was and appreciated the prep. Hopefully he continues this style of prep
