So, what if....

For the sake of knowing, lets say this up start OMA thing takes off. All the tracks left open in the state become OMA tracks, are they all going to be in the same "district"? And if OMA is, for the lack of a better term, a "district" of the AMA then what if the state slips into a northern and southern sub-districts? Like district X-11 and X-12? Of-course those numbers just came at random.
Something about that sounds familiar but cant put my finger on it.
Then if it expands into other states. Will it still be OMA even if its not Ohio? What if Red Bud wants in? Will it be MOMA or MMA? How cool would it look on a resume to be MMA champion? better yet HMOMAIC.
Are members in California going to be in a COMA? Or will they win a CMA award?
What does an aneurysm feel like?

North/South has been discussed, not ready. Seeds still being planted.

New tracks are possible for 2016, being discussed.

Red Bud has its own OMA> Great Lakes Motocross.....it operates like guess what....a district....go figure.

North:
Big Game
MX213
Malvern
OIR
Briarcliff

South:
Chilitown
East Fork
Dirt Country
Action Sports
Rt. 62

I like it... Great plan.

What about the " D1CK " district?

Where would that be and is it a district or a sanction?

HMOMAIC MAICHMO? MAICMOH

I bet your fun to go with on trips, Rt 62 is North of BC, just sayin.

AND mx 213 is south of BC and rt 62......chew on that.

I could see Malvern and BC vs Chilltown and East Fork in a stone circle death match, yep.

Dirt Country is a joke. Action Sports has all the right elements but they seem to forget how to prep a track.
Dirt Country is MUCH better then it use to be and the track prep has been on par with other OMA tracks. (except the last race, too dry but they said it was because they were expecting rain which never came.)
And Action Sports because you are dealing with a legendary promoter. Plus, Drew brings the Arena background and the Team race that is crazy popular.

Does this mean they double up on eachother for race days ? South has a track and north has a track racing in same day? Bad idea.
To some degree it is inevitable. I mean you don't control tracks in other states now. Im sure with this group of dedicated promoters you can find a happy medium. Like no other track scheduling a race within a 100 mile radius on the same day. Then one open weekend per year, per track when each is the only show in town... or state, I mean..
Even better, talk one of the tracks in the "south" to put up lights like the Vern and run some Saturday nites, that helps open up the possibilities. Hello Dirt Country... Turn the light back on... duh

There are a couple nice tracks in Northern KY (Soggy Bottom MX and Brushy Fork MX) that could be considered........just throwing it out there!

There would be no races running the same day, like it is now. And for the Sunday races anyway, I guess we try to alternate, but that's going to be tough to schedule. I think just doing one race per Sunday would be a good goal, if it ever goes that far.

Hell. Run the quads all week at BC in May. Then they are done for the whole year.

Look other states interested in Ohio local mx....that says something.

Drinking at work again Georgie, or just before you go in?
