IOM article NOT talking about maintaining a sterile environment or actual "physical" Medical Waste. We all know that must be disposed of properly.

How about stop taking your (not singling anyone out)kid to the emergency room for a couph or tummy ache? How bout stop going to the ER because your hung over. Stop racing your dirtbike without health insurance....the list goes on. Get responsible, then play all you want. Obamacare won't fix that. The same people that abuse the system won't sign up for healthcare because guess what.....they already get it. For free. Why put down the Xbox controller or pan over to healthcare.gov website (on their free wifi) to sign up for something they get continuously for free already? Dduuurrr. I'm gonna go out hit da club and inpregnate some more hoes. So the hoes will take their kids to the ER for a runny nose. But govt healthcare fixes the system.....gimme a break. What a load of horse s**t.

I workout, I eat healthy, take vitamins, and go to the gym nearly everyday of the week. From an artical I read ( before I got mad at it and Xed the page ) its pretty much saying Obamacare is counting on those healthy FORCED to have health care and not use it to help pay for those unhealthy and ones that go to the ER/doctor/specialist on a regular basis. So, let me get this straight im living a healthy lifestlye, and PAYING just as much as Large Marge eating the triple Cheesy burger with a large fry and a diet coke while she has diabeetus ( Sorry Crute ) and whatever else health issues from being out of shape, lazy, and having a terrbile diet... Pays to be healthy, NOT!!!!

I got my disgust button pushed a couple weeks ago.
A family member (to my wife), late thirties raising 4 kids, with no careers, no ambition, and no regular employment (either parent). Dependants on the food stamp, medical card and unemployment systems.
My wife gets phone call fom them asking if she can run one of the kids to a Dr's appointment, car has dead battery. I later find out the Dr's appointment is to the Orthodontist. Sounds good enough right?
Thought hits me and I ask: How are they able to afford to put braces on the kids? ( I put braces on 3 kids and wife and I'm thinking it cost me around $15,000. )
Her reply: It isn't costing them anything. Covered by the medical card. You are paying for it!
( please don't flame for this because I believe no child that needs orthodontics work should grow up without, but "COME ON!" )

You know there are programs out there that pay to have their car fixed also and of course we pay for that to. One problem I see... I'm not sure who pays for the gas? Wait a minute, your wife did.

We are in luck though. Most of the millenials are realizing their meaningless college degrees won't automatically hand them a great job. And sitting in $100,000 in debt the govt just created some more life long entitled dependents!
They won't sign up for obamacare, they'll default on everything and wait for their Ohio 'direction' card. Directing them to remain dependent on government.
The other millenials won't sign up because they have their insurance through other means.
Aha says the young millenial.....but big brother rebutts: aha! so now everyone pays that penalty tax. As charlie would say:" Winning." So they'll have more revenue to spend on prostitutes and cocaine.

Whatever the penalty rate for not signing up for government healthcare silly. Did you not read my post? What is it $115 the first year, then creeps up to somewhere around $380 where it will stay. (and then be voted on for an increase when they need more prostitutes and cocaine, which will be more expensive due to inflation)
