Two day reginal races? How is this going to work?

Hopefully these Regional races have support classes. I'm more interested in racing the "Non-Current" model bikes now, which AHRMA does not have classes for. I only really enjoy bringing out the drum-brakers for a race here and there anymore....

Yes to support classes, I understand that each track promoter will have some flexibility but I would expect that they would be enthusiastic to help build the days field.

Its really important for the future of AHRMA regional activities that the tracks consider this a success and want it to continue and see it grow.

They need a good turnout to pay the bills, and there is no question support classes help.

There are different classes for each day like modern bikes and with practice and 2 Motos there are plenty of track time. For questions contact Ahrma or like Ahrma Great Lakes Facebook page or contact Dave Woolever the Great Lakes regional coordinator.

I recently had seriously considered dropping my AHRMA membership for 2016.
May have to rethink that now.

Not being negative but I dont think you will get enough for two days, hope im wrong.

Mike is right on this.
When Drew/Action Sports held his last regular AHRMA race, the turnout wasn't good at all.
We had mixed class's, and still didn't have more than 7 to 10 on a gate. I recall only having 3 to 5 in my class's. That race track gets awful big and lonely without someone to chase, or challenge you.

I'm thinking several class's had 1 or 2 racers. It was discouraging.

My first Ahrma race was Delta of this year and it was a good time and everyone there was super friendly and just wanted to have a fun day on their old beaters and talk about the old days of racing and see some old bikes that can still rip.
