I just had a consult with my personal legal team of WHEELER-WHEELER & WHEELER, the Newark based legal dream team, regarding my 1st amendment rights, seems like they agree "MAKING MOTOROSS GREAT AGAIN" is protected speech under the 1st amendment.
 
Probably has more injuries because he has more people there on practice days......Kind of like I-75 in Dayton has more wrecks than I-75 in bowling green does. Numbers. Plus BC attracts more of the faster riders at all age levels to practice there. Many of the faster guys have more serious injuries when they do crash because they are pushing it more and going much faster than a C class riders going half the speed. Physics.

That stuff happens when you draw big crowds. One of many down sides of motocross... People get hurt and it's dangerous. No one forces you to go out there. And all this concern with track safety is coming from a guy that wears a $100 helmet.

No point of arguing with your dumbass anymore. Just stay home and keep being you ... A giant pussy.

The rest of us men will be out living and riding motocross.

Big turnouts yield more injuries. It's bit my dad, and myself twice. I'll still go back. My dad never once blamed the track for his get-off. I was mad about the sand when I wacked my collarbone but the real culprit was a tiny rock and BAD LUCK. BC Still my favorite track in Ohio.
 
I quit posting on here because I have been really busy, and I don't think the negativity is good for my physical well being. I'm to a point in my life where if something causes me too much stress; I'm cutting it out. In this case it seems like the negativity is following me like a train robber, and I'm the train. I have people sending me snapshots of the posts that Mr. Bickley has been written. I guess a defense is required in this matter. #1 We do see a large amount of riders, 125 on Saturday and 218 Sunday. When you have more riders the chances for an incident do go up. It works that way with automobile accidents as well. #2 Our safety team and first responders have a policy that if you break a femur or they suspect that you have broken a femur, then you fly. Its considered a trauma because it is the largest bone in your body. They will also fly you for be unconscious for more than 5 minutes; possible head trauma. These flights aren't always a definite necessity, but a good precautionary measure to insure that riders have the best possible chances of making to the hospital where they can receive the care that they need. My point to #2 is that not all areas around the state do the broken femur, then you fly protocol. At least from what I've heard, we were one the first to start that in 2008. And that's not my call, the paramedics make that call. I ride the track myself, its as safe as you can make motocross, which is an inherently dangerous sport. And yes flaggers should be in place when you have over 200 even 150, 100 etc, I get that, its tough to predict your turnout, at some point we will need them every time. However in both incidents this past weekend, a flagger would not have prevented either crash. They were the crash. They were both just bad timing situations. I do want to start including flaggers at practices, at least on the bigger blind jumps. Anyone can volunteer to flag, but I have never had one person in 11 years offer, not one.

I'm not back on this board, I will only post when I feel I absolutely have to do so.

Furthermore, I have learned a new word today, and it is "LIBEL", which I feel is what is occurring here and on Vital Mx. I have warned Mr. Bickley that I feel what he is postings are slanderous. However after some quick internet research, I think it actually tends to be more of a Libel issue. My lawyer will advise me soon, like today. By the way Mr. Bickley you are not welcome on the property, if you should chose to grace us with your presence you will be escorted off the property by law enforcement. Do search on the difference between free speech and libel on the internet everyone, its a hoot.

This kind of crap is why, I would not want to be a track owner. To much work, to much risk and a hand full of A$$holes that personally attack the promotor and track. I understand that sometimes things need to be brought to light but like in this thread there are way to many assumptions made without knowing the facts. Who ever Mike is he obviously just doesn't like JO and that is something that he should take up with him in person, not sitting behind a key board. However, as I learned about a week ago most keyboard hero's are pu$$y's and don't want to talk face to face. I don't know if it is social media overload but between the liberals and the s**t I see on here, I am really concerned for this country and our tracks.

One thing to get pissed, I can understand that. But if he did send that as a PM that's a threat!
