Nancy had the TV on when I got home today, not usually watching, for background noise mainly. An old episode of Adam 12 from 1972 was on, episode "Dirt Dual".
Malloy agrees to race motocross against a biker gang leader, and the race was at Indian Dunes California.

Haven't really spotted any video footage on the episode, but there are some neat old vintage clips of the track from back then.

Kinda funny....but I just recommended Damnation Alley to a member here, and it made me watch it again too....then I went down the rabbit hole of trying to remember what the bike was and upon googling was reminded of this thread!

This thread was a lot of fun. You start thinking back on movie and television motorcycle scenes, and you can't help not getting stuck in memory lane.
The CHIP'S movie (2017) Owen Wilson scenes were pretty cool even though mostly done on Ducati's. . . . Movie was actually pretty funny.
