Trump daddy

So far I am proud of what the Trump administration has been doing. Which happens to follow in-line with how many Americans think things ought to be done. Simple common sense stuff.

One area that concerns me though is his Executive order to the Dept. of Labor on "RE-reviewing" the Fiduciary Rule headed for business's in the retirement investment industry.

Also a little concerned about rolling back some of the regulations that were reinforced with the Dodd-Frank bill. If the Banking industry is left to their own discretion, or indiscretions if you will, we may find ourselves right back with another 2008 meltdown.

It's one thing to get the government the hell out of the way for the sake of economic growth, but it's another when all of the growth and money gets redirected to the top in the process. Will only deepen the divide between the top and the bottom wage earners.

We received a reminder of just how greedy the banking industry is the other day in our monthly Visa bill. They've invoked a new rule that says if you are late with your payment...you are dinged $27.00. If you are late again within so many months, (can't remember) they hit you again and jack it to $38.00. I guess they are sick of never making anything off of us by never carrying a balance. (we are considered Deadbeats in their industry).

I was thinking the same thing. I dont see how any of that hinders business, only $ in the pockets of CEO's

What are you talking about ? They are givin you 1.75% cash back every day on purchase! What's in your wallet ?!?!?

Georgie I'm a dinosaur when it comes to that stuff. We still pay cash for everything, don't use check cards, and the Visa's seldom come out of the wallet.

Our adult kids on the other hand use their checking and debt cards for everything, and pretty much never have cash on hand.

To be honest my friend...I wish I was a dinosaur more times than not... "Wish" is the key word there...

I feel ya on ol' Trump daddy. He concerns me in much of what he does. Not so much for what he does, as he is just making good on his promises, but the potential fallout afterwards. He will divide our country more so in the near, but I feel if he holds true, we should be better as a country on the backend. Playing it safe has done nothing, but dig a hole for us Americans. Sure, Trump may go to an extreme by filling a 6 ft. hole with a backhoe, but hey, the holes are getting filled yo... :)

The cracks begin to appear. You've all been conned by a narcissistic snowflake.

:D:D

Not conned. Just fed up with the alternative and what we've had.

Yep... We voted Donald Trump with all of his flaws into the highest office in America.
We must be really dysfunctional to choose to go down this path huh!

Lmfao......he is anything but a snowflake. You obviously dont understand the term.

Im glad I voted for him, the consumer confidence and markets are already up. We will have to wait and see if it holds there or if it tanks. Seems to me that most Americans are betting on the latter. And really ALL Americans should bet on it, after all its all our a***s in the hat.

Even though I think Trump will prevail on the travel ban issue the 9th Circuit just upheld, I am thinking this administration will be dealing with lawsuits throughout the term as it is pretty clear that the left sees that as their best bet to stymie the new agenda.
Politics as usual.

narcissistic snowflake alert!

The infamous 9th Circuit rewriting the Constitution, imagine that...

All the while the Dem's and liberal leftist will all be sure to cash in on the wins and gains of this administration and congress. Badmouthing it all the way to the bank.

Oh, and I can't wait for the Nancy Pelosi's of the party begin their tediously repetitive "This President is a Miserable Failure" whining as they did with George W. Bush with the intent of persuading anybody unfortunate enough to be listening at the time.

They all make me so proud to be an American.

Trump dividing America? No...Obama did a damn good job of that over the last eight years. The crazy ass left is continuing to prove each day to Trump voters that they made the right choice.

Get something straight. Americans were fed up with ALL politicians on both sides doing nothing. Trump voters want him to do exactly what he said he was going to do. They want a BAN on people coming from terrorist countries. They want illegals stopped from coming to the US. They want a wall built. Trump is following through on the campaign promises that he made. Something that no politician has ever started doing in their first 10 days, and he had never held public office!

As for the liberal 9th Circuit Court. They are legislating from the bench. I've seen a ton of people interviewed that said Trump was 100% within the law on what he signed. So the court is out of bounds on what they are doing.

They want a BAN on people coming from terrorist countries.

I agree John, however I do hope that we can lift the BAN at some point. To me, it's not the people as a whole from those terrorist enabling countries, it's the terrorists I want to keep from coming. Unfortunately to do that, at least initially, everyone has to be stopped until we are able to make sure that we can keep all terrorists from coming into America otherwise the ban should not be lifted. Would suck for the good folks that cannot come to America, but sucks more for those Americans that have to bury their family because a terrorist from one of those 7 countries tool their live(s)...

That's one of the biggest things that frustrates me is the "racist" comments. It's like peeps saying that "money is the root of all evil". Stupid, no it's not. That is only part of the story. It's "the love of money" that is the root of all evil. Guess the whole story doesn't make good headlines...

Now...if Trump could please stop Tweeting...it's only fueling the stupid press and they continue to aggravate me with their stupid analogies and comments...

Hell, it won't even be heard in court before it's up. That's a D win. Drag it out. Motion. motion. Motion.....need more time. Oh, it's been 90 days. Oh well. Neeeeexxxt issue. Block the repeal. Lawsuit up!

The deep state at / through the CIA just took out General Flynn. Police state stuff. Any concerns?

What ?

Met an Afghanistan refugee today. Nursing student. Doesn't wear a garb. Refuses to. Wants nothing but independence and to be an American Citizen. I'll welcome her everyday. Every day. She's all for vetting. Imagine that.
