Now that was a race! That was a long time comin! If it was barcia cleanin someone out no one would care they would say that's his style and racing! Yeah it was a aggressive but if stewart didn't make his pass when he did he would have done it the same way!

Wrong nathan343. Barcia is starting maybe his 5 supercross race. You will not sustain a racing carrier if you ride like a wild child. Watching Barcia this year he's more in control than he was last year. In all the years I've watch JS race he's been one of the most cleanest racers I've ever seen and I'm not even a JS fan. Reed is the biggest hump and he really proved it AGAIN tonight. How can you take a podium knowing you just took someone out. That's worse than lap riders getting in the way. Reed sucks, meaning winning cleanly means nothing to him.

Very TRUE! He can not handle the fact that he can not win straight up. I just wanted Villopoto to win. I had to laugh when he said, Stewart and himself have respect for each other. He has no respect for Stewart, and Stewart hates him even more now. Stewart was even nice enough to congratulate Reed after his race win last week, and tonight is how Reed repaid him. Nevertheless, it was still GREAT!

Sorry but that wasnt a pass. neither made it an inch further than the other in that one. Instead they both lost points. Stewart was already committed and well through the corner. Stopping wasnt much of an option. Remember this exact pass has happened before. Same result. Reed needs to do what he said he was thinking in San Diego. "Drinkin beer in the stands with the fans!"

Racings Racing I get that but whens someones flat out faster than you passes you, and you cant handle that? Poor decisions wont fix that.

Man this is funny! Was a great race! Was funny that Dungey and VP slipped by them. How about Big James with his arms whaling in the air, just go to the pits! I would have loved to have a mic on him! I wish it wouldn't have happened that way and as far as Reed not winning himself... he was doing a great job, while not a big Reed fan, I think he lead most of it? Well at least until the lapper and then a little squeeze play from Regal and James.(Teammates do that?????) I thought I saw the the blue flag waving wayyyy back up the straight at Regal as he came out of the turn before the straight? Could be wrong, he was caught up in some intense racing himself......NOT! LOL! Daytona should great! Can't wait!

Back in the day I would've done the same thing there sonny. Seriously, What did James expect? He left the door wide open. That's gonna happen in racing. I would tell my own kid to do the exact same thing if he were given the opportunity. Someone leaves the door open, take it. James didn't protect the inside and left it open, then dumb enough NOT too back off. This right after he and his "teammate" just put the squeeze on him a lap ago. Oh heck yeah. It's happened to me both ways many times. That's racing. But the only difference back then is we would laugh about it later. ( Everybody except Dave Bachman, Dude was a serious whiner!)

first of all they need to put big james in the booth so he can call every one behind little james a "d" class rider lol. Big james is the funniest guy i have ever heard in motocross ever.

I think reed knows he made a mistake doing what he did.. He did not look too happy and bubba had thae win. I did not see bubba congratulating reed on making the podium this time lol.

  16. All Reedy did was close the door that James left open. James could have rolled off, but no, he pinned it and just like always rode like he was the only one on the track. James rides like he is the only one out there and takes people out alot, remember Jason Thomas, Or that time he drifted over on a triple or when he just pulled out in front of someone right after he crashed. So Chad shut the door, at least he meant to and he gave James the option not to fall.

Count me in as a Reed fan...What a race that was to see someone else step it up to run with James.

Even James said that it was racing and that he had left the door open for that to happen...so props to James for seeing it for it was too?

RC commented that it was the best race he's seen this year and then says "maybe the best ever".

if you look at Reed's line into that corner, it looked like he was going right for Stewart - he wasnt even on a racing line (unless his line was over the outside of the berm). i finally added Reed as a fantasy pick for this race (swore i never would) thinking that i should reconsidered that he was a dirty racer. wrong. too bad too, he's talented on a bike. second place and hand shake to js would have shown a lot of class and earned the respect of a lot of folks that think he's a punk. (btw, i think stewart's pass was perfectly clean, there was no attempt to stuff reed)

It seems like reed could care less about trying to win once james gets by him, he cares more about taking james out so he cant win
