Hyatt Regancy Columbus
350 North High street

Max capacity : 1600
70,000 sq ft of meeting space

Not sure on the catering pricing .

Clark County Fairgrounds in Springfield has a banquet center called the Champions Center... Duh, perfect. It only holds 900. I am working on a price.

in alignment with Knox, maybe finding a pavilion, renting the tables, and hiring a caterer might be easier/cheaper for a group that size. Heck, you maybe be able to get the Celeste Center at the Ohio State Fairgrounds.

pavilion???? In January? Um...no thanks! Brrrrr!

Honestly, when renting halls, you need to be doing in over a year in advance. It is CRAZY how far out some of those type places are rented. I would think there should be something up close to where you guy are located to make it easiest on you.
