Presidential Election 2016

I really hope he stays in all thru the primaries. Even though there are a lot of republidork wackos to
entertain this time around, he'll entertain more than most.

I liked the guy that ran with Romney, Paul Ryan. Him and Kasich, I would feel good about voting for them together or seperate.

I feel like Kasich is misleading.

He campaigned on wanting to really help Ohio and said he didn't want to go any further than a couple terms. Now he's looking into running for president Again.

I don't know though. I wouldn't want him to sign an executive order eliminating collective bargaining.

He is working for Ohio Seems to be anyway.
Ohio is in decent financial shape.

It's tough to figure when your on the outside looking in.

I'm not sure that Kasich has the amount of funding needed to run a proper national campaign . Although , thus far he has done a decent job . Anyone is better than HRC !

How about Ryan's Wisconsin governor Scott Walker? Kasich has shown some establishment tendencies as governor but he did bring in motocrosser Kvamme to get JobsOhio up to speed.

Jobsohio! The corporate welfare branch of the Ohio government. $261million in the bank
right now (it's a $100 million a year line item on the Ohio budget). Nice way to give some
companies a nice tax break and buy some election contributions on the people's dime and
besides.

What would $100 million a year do to the state off road trail system?

I am curious to know what about him makes you think he is some sort of wacko? What specifically has he said or done that is wacko, whatever the hell that means anyway. My concerns about him and Kasich are their ties to the big banks. Cruz' wife works for Goldman Sachs, and Kasich came from Bear Stearns before their implosion a few years ago. Try and keep your petty name calling to a minimum if you can.

100 million to help business ? Why help make jobs? Just pass it out to any lazy non- job seeking socialist career welfare recipient . Those tax breaks have brought a lot of money to ohio. Movie making, and corporations.

Yup, working and making money is a bad thing.

One more week and I will be racing again. The cure all. Some sunshine would also shift the topics! Ha ha.

Right. Jobs that somebody wasn't good enough at their business to make on their own. If it's the feds giving
breaks to solar power companies, is that OK too? The government gets to decide who wins, who loses. Got it.

Yup, working and making money is a bad thing.

Being given taxpayer money, like socialist career welfare recipients, is a bad thing. Why the right thinks
it's OK to give money to Boeing by the million but Sue welfare by the hundred is a conundrum.

Hell, Aviation Industry Corp of China got $93.7 Million in three lumps.

We've been racing all winter. Just got back from Duquoin fairgrounds indoor race. Boy won the 250DTX TT. Mod
bike we built is a handful but we're figuring it out.

He's the good kinda wacko. No chance of winning and entertaining as hell.
Unlike Mittens who just lied, he actually believes some of the dumb stuff
he says. I'm looking forward to the rest of the wackos the republidorks bring out.
Until (or unless) we get redistricting that gives us bipartisan elections, it's
all we can really hope for from them.

If only the other side had somebody as wacko to challenge Hillary. I don't really
understand why there isn't somebody brave enough. I know she has Bill by the
ball sack but what about all the other democraps?

How about those wackos who founded this country and came up with that crazy Constitution and stuff?

Guess if you can't differentiate between local, state and federal government, it all becomes one big mess. Yep, might just as well nationalize everything and while at that, fix the pesky problem of being a republic too.

But...

But...
Easy Clair Underwood.....you keep up that attitude and you won't be landing any type of political job from traditional means. Somehow, Someone will just give it to you!

(House of cards is real entertaining on Netflix. 5 stars)

I agree with you on every point here. I am not saying give money to corporations. (Solartec or whatever) That pisses me off too.
But don't tax the crap out of us and raise our rates for handouts and Obama care. I agree, if you suck at business you should fail. and close shop!
But I have to be profitable because I have to support 10 families of very hard working employees. (I want to give them the money)

Companies like Boeing is a tough one, we do need to keep our defense technology sharp......developement and all.
But I would rather take the taxes I am already over paying and give it to defense research. (Nasa glenn used to do a ton of good aerospace research, now they do not get $$$$ )

OH and welfare. Let those people go f themselves. Why can I be such a heartless bastard when it comes to that?
My father died when I was 9 and my mother raised 5 of us on 600 dollars a month from social security that my Father paid into for 22 year working 7-12's almost always in the Cleveland Ford Foundry.
He did get time off when they went on strike every other year.

I cut grass, washed cars, raked leaves, ( was 10) did anything I could without stealing or begging. So screw em, let em die if they are too lazey to provide for themselves. It is natures way.

Have a Nice day.

I want to vote for Francis Underwood !!

I'd also like to hear the answer to this question. I noticed Sturd acknowledged the question and then skipped over any specific answers, and parroted the media talking points. I'd like to hear an example or two of "extremist" positions Cruz has taken.

1. He voted against the Violence Against Women's Act because "stopping and punishing violent criminals is primarily a state responsibility"

2. He pretty much single handedly stopped the debt ceiling from being raised, forcing the rating agencies to downgrade US debt and costing us billions in extra interest payments.

Anytime somebody as crazy as John McCain calls somebody a "wacko bird" I figure
he must be really wacko.

Don't get me wrong, I think Cruz would be great for the republican party. It would guarantee a Hillary win and draw
millions of dollars from people who are outraged by that.
