Breakdown of the 2nd amendment said:
1) A well regulated....: Regulation, in this term, means trained and organized, NOT ruled and governed. To be regulated means that you drilled, practiced, trained, and did it all over again.

2)militia: " A militia is a group of FREEMEN. By Freemen, this means independent citizens under no governmental controls. The leadership was elected within the group. They would practice, drill, and train together. "These militia were compromised of freemen from all walks of life, who were locally organized, SELF-ARMED, and who trained an drilled under locally elected leaders."


3)being necessary to the security......: At the time " regular or 'standing armies' were though by many of the free populace to be instruments of tyranny." The government controlled them, fed them, paid them, and armed them. The government told them where they had to go and what they had to do. It is these regular armies that our Founders fought against to gain independence.


4)of a free State: In 16th century English, a "State" was nation, not necessarily what we call a state today. The original colonies were the "state". Our militias needed to be well regulated to ensure the independence from tyrannical and despotic government(s).


5)the right of the people to keep and bear arms: Note the wording carefully... It is not the "privilege" to keep and bear arms, but the "RIGHT" to keep and bear arms. This is something not granted, but something inborn. It also does NOT restrict what kind of arms.


6)shall not be infringed: It means what it says. You don't mess with it, touch it, or alter it. You don't try and "reinterpret" it. You leave it alone.

Obama has been using dead children to push his unconstitutional agenda. I found out he will be surrounded by children tomorrow when he announces his executive orders to limit our 2nd amendment. He will use the children as shield to protect himself as he INFRINGES upon our constitutional RIGHTS. Kind of like when he was surrounded by doctors when he signed the health care bill that you are now paying for out of your paycheck. These tactics remind me of something that would happen in a communist/socialist country. I truly believe this man is evil. If you voted for Obama, you're officially an ignorant imbecile.


Bad times are upon us folks. It might be getting close to the time we should find a new green dragon tavern down south and organize a well regulated militia. Unconstitutional laws hold no meaning for me. The first step to dictatorship is to disarm your opposition. I will not be disarmed, even though disarment might not happen right away, ridiculous gun control measures are the start to such events.

State Representative Steve Toth (R-The Woodlands) has filed legislation assisting the protection of the Second Amendment of the United State Constitution. The "Firearms Protection Act" bill would make any federal law banning semi-automatic firearms or limiting the size of gun magazines unenforceable within the state's boundaries. Anyone trying to enforce a federal gun ban could face felony charges under the proposal.

anyone else here look into the "sandy hook hoax" stuff??? I have avoided posting it on here so people dont think im some crazy conspirator whack job.. but theres so much out there now and I've had converssations with several board members about it... I call BS on that whole thing!!!!!!!! I dont have time right now to dig up all the youtube videos, but do yourself a favor and spend an hour watching some of them... might make you think a little bit.

You are not alone TwentyThree, I honestly don't know if I believe it or not, but everyone needs to watch this video. There is just to many holes in the story. Columbine had a video of the shooters, why wasn't a video or even a still released showing Lanza in the hallway? When I was watching it on the news hey kept showing two pictures from the ground of the scene, mainly one of a line of children. I have yet to find anymore pictures from the scene it's self. What is with the lack of footage and pictures shown? I can go on ranting but everything that I'm questioning is in the video above.

There's a lot more videos out there too. Anytime it's talked about you are instantly labeled a "crazy conspirator." I wouldn't put it past our government to use the media as a tool..

Barrack is only doing the business that he was sent back to Washington to do, by the good people of the United States. It's what they asked for everytime he hits the campaign trail.
And he made a commitment and he's gonna keep it.

I doubt googles cache would be lying. Here is a screen shot I just took myself. Google stilll (SURPRISINGLY) shows dec. 11 as the date that the fund raising website was indexed. HMMMMM?? Also where is some kind of statement from google saying its a mistake or something? oh wait, that doens't exist.hmm

Has anyone seen the videos about the FEMA camps? Here's a scary thought. The Ravenna arsenal up on Rt. 5 was purchased by the UN. They have recently begun to remodel it too. But what for?

Anyone catch the words sandy hook on the map of Gotham in the Dark knight rises movie? It happens at 1 hour and 58 minutes into the movie. Can someone that has the movie confirm this?

thats a weird one!! theres clips from the movie on youtube with that part in it.. assuming that one is legit. havent seen the actual movie though.

I fully believe a psycho punk killed his mother, took her guns, and killed a bunch of children that day.

I also do not believe it far fetched to believe that Obama's political strategists had tactics all planned out, and eagerly awaited the next mass shooting tragedy in order to dive in the investigation, alter the facts, spin it, and exploit it in a way that that would promote emotion over common sense to empower his anti-gun political agenda. I highly question what guns were actually used. I do not believe it was a hoax or that the government killed those children, but I do believe many were happy about the fact that it happened. When they struck out with Fast and Furious, and it backfired, they simply waited for the next opportunity to exploit. Not only did they get a mass shooting, but they got a mass shooting of very young children. Its what they consider the perfect crisis.

When is ONE good republican going to stand up and call all of this crap going on BS?

I could really piss all of you off if I start a thread about the health care law that goes into affect Jan 1.........If people were only REALLY paying attention to this one, and looking at the details, wow! I can assure you MOST of everyones healthcare if going up! I think I might start a post with some of the things discussed today in a meeting I had just to start some conversation and debate.
