Villipoto's Pass on yellow

Daytona amateur SX.....first lap of each practice group was run as full lap yellow flags waving every where for a site lap. After first lap yellows stopped. Problem was there were a lot of jack a***s still jumping doubles and moving while others are rolling everything. They kept announcing no jumping its a full course yellow.....but never did anything to them at all. They never did this in the past, so I say do away with it since people did not follow it and they did not enforce it.

Typical. Nobody pays attention to them on an amatuer national level.
