failed testing

My oh my, is john going to have a field day with this. He's going to need as much Coors Light as he can find! What's next John, Danica to MX?

I want more pictures of Villipoto's gal in the muddy shirt too.

Damn...Imagine that, Bubba is the first one to be nailed on an illegal substance. I guess we all know what that new trainer in the LA Dodgers hat was giving Bubba now to get that one little advantage back since others had caught up to him. So what's the penalty? Is he suspended?

Maybe that TV show of his caused the lack of focus. Remember how distracted he was after John paid that photographer to run across the track in CO?

Suspended until further notice as of June 20th, 2014. He has to be pissed. This might force him into retirement......

FIM Antidoping Controls
Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship Rider James Stewart provisionally suspended

The Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) has advised US Supercross rider James Stewart that he is provisionally suspended pursuant to Article 7.6 of the FIM Anti-doping Code. The decision to provisionally suspend Mr Stewart was taken following the receipt of a report from the WADA accredited laboratory in Cologne indicating an Adverse Analytical Finding of Amphetamine in a urine sample collected from him at an in-competition test carried out by the FIM at the round of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship held at the Century Link Field, Seattle, Washington, on 12 April 2014.
Mr Stewart has the right to request and attend the analysis of his B sample.

A Provisional Suspension imposed by the FIM does not in any way prejudge the question as to whether an anti-doping rule violation under Article 2 of the FIM Anti-Doping Code has actually been committed. This question will be addressed by the FIM International Disciplinary Court (CDI) when it adjudicates on the merits of the case.

Mr James Stewart is provisionally suspended with effect from 20 June until further notice.

Under the World Anti-Doping Code and the FIM Anti-Doping Code, the FIM is unable to provide any additional information at this time.

so dont laugh if this is a stupid question but i didnt read enough to figure it out.. all this talk of FIM / Supercross... does FIM have anything to do with nationals? He's not suspended from riding nationals is he? I'm sure by the time sx rolls around this will be sorted out one way or another..

I hope DC tests every Amatuer 51cc-125cc rider and DQ's every single one that's on Vyvanse or Adderal. Assholes. Becase WE ALL KNOW THEY'RE ON THE CRANK FOR AN EDGE! NOT BECAUSE IT'S MEDICALLY PRESCRIBED FROM A PHYSICIAN.

I wonder if he forgot his meds the day he pretended to be the police and was blaring cop car lights down the highway... Seriously if he has a legal prescription it sucks for them to ban the guy... I mean the sport is sponsored by monster.. Rockstar... Ever drank couple of those? My performance was enhanced by not getting tired for 6 hours... Lol

This is outrageous! You're telling me that because he has ADHD and is prescribed aderol by a physican, he's suspended?! Seriously what is this sport coming to? All that crap does is help one focus.

These test should have been kept private and the timing of the press release is fd up. What one sees one will try. this whole deal is just another x on this sport.

WADA has a procedure in place for legitimately prescribed drugs that are on the prohibited use list called a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE).
It is safe to assume the Stewart did not file one.

My thoughts on that are:

It conflicts with government mandate HIPPA. He shouldn't have to disclose his medical history to the FIM. And if filing a TUE would also allow people to make assumptions and he would have to ultimately disclose his medical history....

And this doping garbage....the guy wasn't lance armstrong doping. Should there be a panel to vote on this?

Anyone think he was poppin' adderals for his 24-0 season? Must of got the idea from RC when he got his 24-0.
