Medicare for all ? YEA BECAUSE NOBODY WANTS TO WORK. My god does my blood boil over these signs. Medicare is for those who can't work. Both the elderly who have worked their entire life, and for persons with handicapped disabilities. We do have a morale
Obligation to take care of that population. Not the 18-62 year old that doesn't feel like going to work.

You can already get "Medicaid"for all we dont need to expand that.

Read the book "a socialist governor" it's got about 35 holds at the library.
 
Sanders' medicare for all plan bites, but only because he pays for it weird and not completely.
Medicare controls costs by, yep, not paying for patients that don't get better, or come back, or
a number of other things. And even better, they cut out a layer of cost by nuking insurance
companies that do the rationing of care now.

Also, note that Medicare is really only hospitalization. If you want all the other things
that are part of health care (like a doctor) you pay for it via supplemental insurance.
Some of that supplemental stuff is Medicare part b, c, and d but still supplemental.

How "Medicare for all" should work - tell me how much it costs and I'll decide if
I want it. When I turn 65, I'll get it for a different price but then I've been paying
into the system for a long time. Just let me sign up for something that already
exists, if I want to.
 
Runny nose ER visits. Treated. Eventually they'll come back with pneumonia. They'll be admitted. Now it's paid for. Except they don't reimburse because of readmission.

Anybody that can't compete in a subsidized marketplace should probably get out of it.
If congress actually had a clue, we'd already have gotten single payer and done away with
rationing of health care by people making millions on the vig.

About time we got them all out of there, not just these ones. You see how much it costs?? $2.7 million per detainee per year. Incredibly stupid.

These are people that in the past have been released and went on to commit terrorist acts resulting in people dying. What cost do you put on human life?

As for the ACA, they are being subsidized with MY tax money ( although the gov isnt paying them the subsidies), I am paying higher premiums to cover them as well. Health care is not a right. I dont mind helping people but those truly in need were already receiving health care for free. How many insurance companies are left? Its not about competition when almost all of the insurance companies have dropped out, the ACA simply doesnt work.

Note that we are still sitting on $2 billion in Iranian funds frozen in 2009. Iranians are threatening
to sue for it too but some federal judge has said it should go to victims of Iranian-sponsored
terror attacks. Probably most of those are Iranians but still sounds OK to me.
